Terms & Conditions

Reservation Fee: A non-refundable advance payment of LKR 10,000/- is required to secure the date. No date is confirmed until this payment is received.

Pencil Bookings: Provisional "pencil" bookings are held for a maximum of one (01) week only. If the reservation fee is not paid within this period, the date will be released to other clients.

Mid-Payment: 80% of the total package value must be settled at least one (01) week prior to the function/event date.

Final Balance: Any remaining balance and charges for additional services (extra cards, album pages, etc.) must be settled upon or before the delivery of the final products.

Payment Methods: Cash or Bank Transfer are accepted.

Non-Refundable: The initial reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Postponements: If the event is postponed, DreamWork Studio will attempt to accommodate the new date subject to availability. New pricing may apply if the postponement is for a following calendar year.

Staff Meals & Seating: The Client is responsible for providing meals for the photography/videography crew.

Dedicated Space: A separate table for the photography team must be reserved within the function hall (away from the general guest area) for equipment storage and workspace.

Travel Charges: Standard packages cover the Badulla area. Additional travel and accommodation charges will apply for locations outside this radius.

Creative License: DreamWork Studio retains creative control over the editing style, composition, and selection of images/video clips.

Original Files: While "all original images" are provided in most packages, these are for personal use. Raw/unedited video footage is generally not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Retouching: Standard retouching is included for album images. Additional retouching requests will be charged at LKR 300/- per image.

Ownership: DreamWork Studio retains the copyright to all images and videos produced.

Client Usage: The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use (printing, social media, sharing with family).

Studio Usage: DreamWork Studio reserves the right to use images and video highlights for promotional purposes (Portfolio, Website, Social Media, Facebook Albums) unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Digital Images: Pre-selection or original images are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Albums/Physical Products: Delivery of physical albums and framed enlargements depends on the Client's speed in selecting photos and may take 4-8 weeks from the date of final selection.

Equipment Failure: In the highly unlikely event of total equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, DreamWork Studio's liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

Client Cooperation: DreamWork Studio is not responsible for missing specific shots if the Client or guests are uncooperative or if lighting/location conditions are unsuitable.
